Our quarterly update report provides
a comparison of your current facility to other similar
facilities, to show how you are positioned in the marketplace.
Each report is tailored to provide company-specific
information, allowing you to make timed, critical decisions.
Lease Abstract
The abstract is helpful in bringing to light all critical
information on crucial deadlines included in your lease.
Your Benchmark broker will review your current lease
document and condense it into a two-page format. All
pertinent information such as term, rental rates, operating
expenses, escalations or rental increases, sublet rights
and other important information will be highlighted
and reviewed.
Buildings for Consideration Report
A broker will prepare a detailed summary of the various
buildings with available space that meet your criteria.
The report provides square feet available, rental rates,
parking ratios and all the amenities of each available
building, and can be presented in a spreadsheet format.
Benchmark works with a full understanding of your company’s
space requirements.
Zip Code Map
This map helps you to decide which area of town is best
suited for your next office location. You simply provide
a list of employee zip codes or client zip codes to
your Benchmark broker. The zip codes are then posted
on a large map, illustrating travel times and distances
to your proposed office location.
Procalc Analyzation Program
Benchmark’s analyzation software can provide detailed
comparisons on many lease or purchase transactions.
